Hunting - High Volume Dove Shooting &
Pigeon Shooting in Bolivia
Fishing - Peacock Bass
Each person should catch 25-50 fish per day, sometimes more. The fish
are from 2 to 11 pounds. It is a lot of fun. We also have the
opportunity to fish for other jungle species of fish such as Big
Catfish. |

Peacock Bass and
Dorado Fishing, in the northern part of Bolivia known as the Beni, we
have set up some great places for Peacock Bass fishing. This can
be added to your shooting package for a great cast and blast trip.
Anglers can expect to catch between 25 and 50 fish per day. The
surroundings are breathtaking and the service is first class.
This area an only be described by the words - rivers, jungles,
wildlife, beauty, and lots of fish.
We also have a new
place for some great Dorado fishing. We have guides that are
well versed in fly fishing for Dorado. You can float the river
or enjoy the serenity of wade fishing. |

New Lodge - right in
the middle of the shooting area. Our newest lodge is located
just 2 to 10 minutes from the shooting fields. There is a huge
roost close by and the lodge is surrounded by sunflower and sorghum.
There are millions of
birds - There are so many birds here that the farmers sometimes lose
up to 40 per cent of their crops to doves and pigeons. They need
your help!! |

Some packages include
one night stay at a 5 star condo complex in the city of Santa Cruz.
Santa Cruz has almost 1 million people with great night life,
restaurants, entertainment, architecture and shopping. At the
complex there are 3 outside Jacuzzis, 3 swimming pools (1heated),
saunas, spas and many other 5 star services. You deserve it -
enjoy an evening of relaxation before returning home after many days
of "hard work" in the shooting fields.
In April and May you have the option
to hunt doves from the same resort. The drive to the shooting
areas will take 45 minutes on nice roads. You will have a
gourmet lunch in the field and return after the shoot to the city for
great night life. The shooting done from Santa Cruz will be just
as spectacular as it is from the lodge. |

Dear Wingshooters,
If you are looking for a new adventure, I
would like to invite you to come down and give Bolivia a try. We
are putting together new packages and new destinations throughout the
country. Bolivia is a very safe country, the people are
friendly, and bringing your guns in and out of the country is never a
problem. I have joined in a partnership with Bolivian, Jose Luis
Vidal, known as Mozo. He has been a scout/guide/hunter for many
years. his knowledge to find the birds, his experience and local
connections make the trip that much better.
If you have been to Bolivia in the
past, we invite you to come back and give it a try again. We are
putting a new dove lodge right in the middle if the dove fields.
This will make the drives to the field from 2 to 10 minutes, doing
away with those long dusty rides to the shooting fields.
Arriving to the lodge you can shoose to
take a 25 minute charter flight or a 2.5 hour drive through the scenic
Bolivian countryside. You can also shoot doves from a 5 star
hotel out of Santa Cruz in April and May.
In Bolivia there are as many birds as
in there are in Argentina, but the shooting is more challenging.
(And) it is a lot easier to get to! Santa Cruz is only a 6
hour flight from Miami.
We also have a great pigeon shooting
available. We will be using different lodges depending on the
time of the year you would like to come. These lodges are
located to have the shortest drives to the nearest harvest of crops.
here Mennonite colonies farm peanut, sorghum, and corn. This is
the pigeon's favorite food and the pigeons come in from both Argentina
and Paraguay. In each blind there will be spinning decoy units,
moving decoys, bouncers and the largest decoy spreads in the industry.
If you like to fish as well as hunt,
come down and so a cast and blast trip for peacock bass or Dorado
combined with dove or pigeon shooting. This is a great
father/son trip! |
